Warren Powell-Richards Supporting Hidden Gardens of Grayshott 2021

Did you know that Grayshott has been opening its gardens to the public and raising funds for our community for 15 years. Warren Powell-Richards have been supporters of the Hidden Gardens of Grayshott event since the beginning. We are delighted that the Estate Agent is continuing to contribute valuable funds to help make the 2021 event happen.

Located on Grayshott’s high street, estate agents Warren Powell-Richards know the importance of location when selling a house. Grayshott offers numerous attractive features with a great range of shops, superb commuter links via the A3/Hindhead Tunnel and excellent schools - all surrounded by National Trust lands. For those that live in London with no garden and public spaces full-to-bursting, Grayshott offers the outdoor haven they can only dream of. Not only do most Grayshott homes have their own private gardens but locals get to enjoy the many attractive community outdoor spaces with Waggoners Wells, Ludshott Common and The Golden Valley; all within walking distance for most residents.

Thinking of Selling?

Whilst Warren Powell-Richards do not profess to be landscape gardeners and like to leave the village planting to the Hidden Gardens of Grayshott team; they can offer advice on what broad changes you could make to an outdoor space to enhance your property’s value and they would be delighted to help

Or just fancy a look around?

Join us on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st May for Hidden Gardens of Grayshott when you can visit many of the village’s gardens yourself, whether or not they’re up for sale.
