Warren Powell-Richards Supporting Hidden Gardens of Grayshott 2021

Did you know that Grayshott has been opening its gardens to the public and raising funds for our community for 15 years. Warren Powell-Richards have been supporters of the Hidden Gardens of Grayshott event since the beginning. We are delighted that the Estate Agent is continuing to contribute valuable funds to help make the 2021 event happen.

How important is a garden when moving home?


Darren, from Warren Powell Richards, explains that 2020 has been a year unlike any other and the momentum to move post-lockdown has been phenomenal. Grayshott has always seen an influx of people looking to leave the cities (predominantly London) and this has massively increased now that people are spending more time at home. For those that live in London with no garden and public spaces full-to-bursting, Grayshott offers the outdoor haven they can only dream of. Not only do most Grayshott homes have their own private gardens but locals get to enjoy the many attractive community outdoor spaces with Waggoners Wells, Ludshott Common and The Golden Valley; all within walking distance for most residents.
